Privacy Policy

Willee Project ("Developer") values the privacy of Twenty Four Hours ("App") users and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Required Information

There is no sign-up, and we do not ask for personal information such as your name or email to use the app's basic features. Schedule data is stored only on your device. However, the Android app sends Google (Firebase) the usage statistics and crash reports we use to improve the app (see section 3).

2. Data Storage

2.1 Local Storage

Schedule data, completion records, and app settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the developer's servers. If you removed ads through an in-app purchase in a previous version, that status is also stored only on your device and is used solely to decide whether to show ads.

2.2 Cloud Storage (Optional)

If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored in your own Google Drive. The developer cannot access this data.

3. Usage Statistics and Crash Reports (Firebase)

The Android app sends the information below to Google Firebase, limited to what we need to improve the app. It does not send personal information such as your name or email, or the contents of your schedules, and we see this information only as statistics in the Firebase console.

3.1 Usage Statistics — Google Analytics for Firebase

• Usage statistics do not use your advertising ID. The advertising ID is used only for Google AdMob ads.
• Data at the level of individual users is deleted automatically after 2 months (Google Analytics data retention setting). After that, only aggregate numbers that cannot be linked to anyone remain.
• In the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK and Switzerland, a consent window appears the first time you open the app, and your choices apply to both ads and usage statistics.

3.2 Crash Reports — Firebase Crashlytics

Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Google processes this data on our behalf on Google's servers, including outside Korea and the EEA (for example in the United States). For details, see Privacy and Security in Firebase.

3.3 Linked to Ads

Usage statistics are linked to ads (Google AdMob), so we can see ad revenue together with usage metrics (number of users, return visits, etc.). Google may use the linked usage statistics to improve AdMob features and the app's ad revenue. The advertising ID is not used here either.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Advertising (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Usage statistics (Android)
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reports (Android)
• Google Drive API: Cloud sync (optional)
• Google Sign-In: Account authentication (optional)

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local data: Automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
• Cloud data: You can delete it directly from Google Drive.
• Usage statistics: User-level data is automatically deleted after 2 months.
• Crash reports: Automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Advertising ID: Can be reset or disabled in device settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Choose whether to use cloud sync
• Change your consent for ads and usage statistics (Privacy Options in the app settings, or your device settings)
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the app (this also deletes the app instance ID)
• Disconnect your Google account

Additional Rights for European Users (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6):

It also covers viewing ad revenue together with usage metrics, to keep this free app running on ads. In the EEA, storage for statistics is limited according to your choice in the consent window.

You can withdraw consent at any time through Privacy Options in the app settings or your device settings.

We do not know your name or contact details, so we cannot find a specific person's records in the usage statistics. When you uninstall the app, its app instance ID is removed, so later data cannot be linked to earlier data, and the remaining data is deleted after the retention periods above.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time.

8.1 Delete Local Data

All data stored on your device (schedules, completion records, settings) will be automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

• Android: Settings → Apps → Twenty Four Hours → Uninstall

8.2 Delete Cloud Data

To delete backup data stored in Google Drive:

• Go to Google Drive
• Navigate to "My Drive" → App data folder and delete "twenty_four_hours_backup.json.gz"
• Or disconnect the app from Google Account Permissions

8.3 Disconnect Google Account

To disconnect your Google account from the app:

• In-app Settings → Cloud Sync → Sign Out
• Or remove "Twenty Four Hours" access from Google Account Permissions

8.4 Data Deletion Request

If you have difficulty deleting data using the above methods, please contact us and we will assist you.

9. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated due to legal requirements or service changes. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications.
