1. Information We Collect

1.1 Automatically Collected Information

The App does not use any analytics tools or tracking SDKs. However, the following services may automatically collect certain information:

Advertising (Android only)

The App serves ads through Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (GAID) and ad interaction data.

1.2 Information You Provide

Google Account Information (when using Cloud Sync)

When you sign in with Google for Drive sync, the App accesses your email address and display name.
The App only requests the drive.file scope, which limits access to files created by the App.

In-App Purchases (Android only)

Purchases are processed through Google Play. The Developer does not have access to payment details (e.g., card numbers).

1.3 Information Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted externally (unless Cloud Sync is enabled):

Timer presets (names, phase configurations, rounds)
Timer session history (start/end times, completed rounds)
Stopwatch records (labels, elapsed time, lap records)
App settings (theme, language, sound/vibration preferences)

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

4. Data Retention and Deletion

4.1 On-Device Data

You can delete data directly within the App.
Uninstalling the App removes all local data.

4.2 Cloud Data (Google Drive)

Data is stored in your personal Google Drive.
You can delete cloud data using "Reset Cloud" in App settings.
Signing out of Google blocks the App's access to your Drive.
Deleted records are permanently removed from the cloud 30 days after deletion during sync.

4.3 Advertising Data

Data collected by Google AdMob is managed according to Google's policies.
You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

Access: View all stored data within the App.
Deletion: Delete records within the App or uninstall the App entirely.
Opt out of Sync: Choose not to use Google Drive sync.
Limit Ads: Restrict ad tracking in your device settings.
Manage Purchases: Manage subscriptions and payments through Google Play.

6. Additional Rights for Users in the European Economic Area (EEA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users residing in the EEA have the following additional rights:

When using Cloud Sync, your data may be transferred to servers outside the EEA through your Google Drive. These transfers are protected under Google's Data Processing Terms and Standard Contractual Clauses.
